Trimix for Erectile Dysfunction
What is Trimix?
Trimix penile injections are considered the most powerful class of erectile dysfunction medication. Trimix can produce strong, lasting erections with OR without stimulation within 5 to 10 minutes from the time of injection.
Trimix is a combination of one prostaglandin (alprostadil), an alpha adrenergic inhibitor (phentolamine), plus a vasodilator (papaverine). These ingredients act together to increase arterial inflow, dilate smooth muscle, and restrict venous outflow. Together, these effects promote erectile rigidity able to produce a VERY STRONG erection which can last the entire duration of sexual activity.
